Wow. This was a hit for me. Try it.


This is a really simple and awesome lunch.  And vegetarian friendly too :-)  I halved some pitas, folded them over and stuffed them with thinly sliced sweet potatos, goat cheese, standard dry curry powder, salt and pepper.  Also, added a good amount of some garlic sage butter i had in the fridge as well(which i also cooked them in).  I used a grill pan but a panini press or George Foreman  would be better if you have one.  Try it, you wont be disappointed!
