Chicken Fried Steak Fingers w/ Savory Beef Jus and Potato Tarts


Using methods from southern fried chicken, and these tasty little potato tarts :-)  Great superbowl food!

    I like the potato piping, too. I end up getting stuff everywhere when I use a piping bag.

    • Thnks jane :-) yea i was reading about the benefits of using the buttermilk on chicken and as it turns out the steak benefits from it even more :-) thnks for the comment!

    • yea you can’t beat em for a finger food. especially for a sports crowd…which is not my crowd. but for some reason sports fans like to sit around and eat beef together lol
