Caprese Skewers.


1/2 mozzarella ball, basil leaf, cherry tomato, balsamic reduction.  The tangerine halves were initially just for presentation, but turned out to add the perfect little hint of citrus that really set it off.

  2. I thought originally that the tangerines were tomatoes…. then I thought they were persimmons…. now I know that I was incorrect

  3. Much prettier presentation (and name) than my “capri salad on a stick” and I’m intrigued by the touch of citrus. Cool approach!
